Bongane started his career in the telecommunications industry with MTN before moving into property consulting. Bongane has a keen interest in the residential property market and has had some very interesting property deals in his time at Aucor Property including selling a RDP house in eTwatwa through the ABSA Rap Programme. Bongane is a family man and is inspired by his father. In his spare time he enjoys going to gym and playing soccer as well as having some quality time behind his PS3 game controller.

Craig is relatively new to the commercial property industry but has seen some excellent results in a very short space of time with his first mandate – an industrial Wadeville site selling for R8 million on auction. Prior to entering the property market, Craig spent 20 years in the golfing industry. Craig is self-motivated and passionate about making his mark in the commercial property industry. In his spare time Craig loves to be on the golf course or around the braai!

Dino has more than 18 years experience in the property industry and previously owned a commercial property brokerage with his brother Enzo before joining the Aucor Property team. In addition to dealing with the leasing and sales of commercial, Industrial and retail property, Dino has also invested time and resource into building a property portfolio and developing and redeveloping properties within that portfolio. Dino is a Certified Commercial Property Practitioner (CCPP) through Sapoa/University of Pretoria.

Gareth’s largest deal was valued at R230 million. Gareth is inspired by privateers heading up the rejuvenation of the inner city. In his spare time Gareth loves to play golf.

Well known in the commercial and industrial property industries and with a track record in banking and private equity, John is a driven and dedicated Business Development Executive. He is inspired by the excitement of closing a deal and has had the privilege of handling some very high value deals in his time at Aucor including the sale of the Douglasdale Shopping Centre in Northern Johannesburg for R83 million. John loves to hit the road and the trails and is an avid runner, having completed the Comrades and Two Oceans Marathon numerous times.

Lael joined the auction property industry from the engineering and manufacturing sector. Lael is a family man and enjoys spending time with his wife and children and going to the gym.

Luke came into the commercial property industry straight out of studying law at university and has excelled over the years in the auction arena. Luke’s had some interesting sales in his career and the most notable was a large manufacturing facility in Steeldale spanning a whopping 40 000m2, which sold for R30 million on auction. A self-confessed Formula 1 and motor car addict, Luke loves fast cars and is inspired by Ayrton Senna’s passion and dedication to being the best. In his spare time, Luke loves spending time with his family and does the ‘occasional’ mountain bike ride!

Mark Kleynhans is a director of Aucor Property and is the National Head of the Commercial division for the business. Having built his career over the past 25 years in the commercial and industrial property sector, Mark has earned the respect and following of many leading property personalities and is known as a doyen in the industry. Mark has not only worked with some of the country’s largest auction houses, but has also worked for major property corporations and as an independent consultant specialising in the leasing and disposal of commercial real estate. In his role as National Commercial Head, Mark's leads a team of skilled and dedicated Business Development Professionals whom have worked tirelessly to establish Aucor Property as the auction house of choice when it comes to the buying and selling of commercial, industrial and retail property across Southern Africa. Mark lives in Cape Town with his wife Debbie and their four children and is an avid cyclist.

Patrick has been in the property industry for over 20 years and prior to that spent many years in academia doing research in the interesting field of pathology. His sharp mind and keen eye for good business has seen numerous large deals come to the fore including the sale of the Gantry shopping centre in Fourways Johannesburg. When not pouring over poetry books, Patrick is an adrenaline junkie at heart and loves to skydive. His skydiving adventures have including jumping out of a vintage biplane in an inverse position during a loop. Patrick is inspired by life and the challenges it brings.

Having studied in the health and fitness sphere, Paulo is a keen sportsman and loves to play golf and train to keep fit.

Sean began his career in the real estate industry over 24 years ago and cut his teeth in maintenance and project management in a property holding firm. He used this as a base to learn about leasing and selling and at the age of 25 went into his own business end-to end Broking and Developments. The company focused on high-end residential property development that Sean not only conceptualised, but developed, built and sold. In 2010 Sean returned to the broking industry but is focused on selling property through auctions. Sean is an avid golfer and loves to travel.

Sean has extensive experience in the commercial property industry and has been in the industry for 24 years. Sean has been fortunate to sell many interesting properties in his career but a definite highlight was selling a portfolio of 21 national properties for a leading financial institution in under 30 days. Each of those lots was sold individually. Sean is inspired by entrepreneurial spirit and believes that values are important not only in one’s personal life but in a work environment. Persistence and integrity are key and it is vital to be true to one’s word - do what you say you are going to do. Sean is passionate about his family and spends as much of his spare time as he can with them. He is also an avid sports fan and when he is not following his favourite teams on TV, he loves to be out in nature, mountain biking.

Warren has been in the auction property industry for 10 years and has established a successful track record in that time. His astute negotiating skills and business savvy techniques have seen tremendous success in closing deals including the sale of the Truworths Building in the Johannesburg CBD, as well as the Pamodzi Building in Melrose for R55 million. His largest sale to date was for a staggering R67 million. Warren describes himself as persistent and this quality is evident in his business and personal life. Warren loves to cycle, box and go to the gym.

William joined the auction industry 11 years ago after owning his own restaurant for 12 years. William loves the outdoors and is a keen mountain biker. He is also a huge motorsport fan and rides his Harley whenever he can.

Adelaide is head of Operations and Administration for Aucor Property. With more than 20 years’ experience in the property industry, 12 of which have been in the auction sector, Adelaide is responsible for the smooth running of the operational side of the business on a daily basis. Adelaide has a diploma in Bookkeeping and Practical Accounting and has completed a Property Development Programme accredited by SAPOA. Adelaide enjoys travelling and meeting new people and spends her free time with her family.

Bronwyn is a double graduate of the Vega School of Brand Leadership, with qualifications in both Higher and Advanced Certificates in Professional Photography. In addition to this, Bronwyn is a highly skilled and versatile Graphic Designer and Videographer and is responsible for all photography and videography requirements for the Aucor Property brand and the various properties that are taken to auction each month. Bronwyn is a health and fitness enthusiast and loves spending time outdoors with friends, family and her animals. She spends her spare time working on her Fine Art photography.

Gabi has extensive experience in the property industry having worked as a property manager for 5 years and in the auction industry for 5 years. She is instrumental in ensuring the auction day runs smoothly.

Greg is a founding director of Aucor Property and is responsible for the overall running of the business on a daily basis. Greg’s knack for leadership and management saw him move into a management role early on in his career and his unique and consultative style has been instrumental in driving a successful and motivated team at Aucor Property. Greg completed his B.Com degree in 2000 and continued onto B.Com(Hons) in Exercise Science in 2002. Greg is a family man and enjoys an array of sporting activities including cycling, water sports and boating and is also known to be keen craft beer brewer.

Joe is a delivery orientated person with skills in accounting, auditing and management, which makes him a perfect fit in his financial managerial role at Aucor Property. Joe has excellent experience and understanding in all aspects of external audit and accountancy, including managing and leading audit engagements in prominent South African companies which included companies in the estate agency and auctioneering businesses. Joe loves his fitness and is an avid runner as well as training in calisthenics.

Julie works in business development as an assistant in administrative tasks, sourcing leads and maintaining client relationships. Julie has a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) as well as a Diploma in Datametrics and has previously worked as a software developer specialising in customer care and billing systems for some major blue chip brands including MTN, Vodacom, IBM and Hollard Insurance. In her spare time, Julie likes to tap into her creative side by writing poetry.

Lubbe joined Aucor Property as part of the valuations team and is a Real Estate and Property Development Professional with more than 5 years’ experience in various aspects of Town Planning, Real Estate and Property Development, both locally and internationally. Lubbe has accumulated vast experience in his career having worked at various companies since graduation to obtain the range of experience required to register as a Professional Town and Regional Planner with the South African Council for Planners. Lubbe also has an impressive list of qualifications including a B(TRP) cum laude from the University of Pretoria; a Certificate in Project Management from the University of Pretoria; a Professional Town Planner Registration, South African Council for Planners and a Golden Key Award given by the Golden Key International Honours Society for being one of the top 15% best achievers at the University of Pretoria. In his time outside of work, Lubbe is a cooking and dining enthusiast and he also enjoys travelling both South Africa and abroad.

Mark is fairly new to the Aucor Property team and in his working career has had extensive experience in the property sector with exposure to local government work, as well as having worked in property development and for a privately held property fund. The diversity gained through this exposure has enabled Mark to develop an astute understanding of the financial mechanics of property and the development thereof. Mark holds a BSc (Hons) in Urban and Regional Planning and is currently completing his Masters in Property Development and Management through Wits. Mark plans to also pursue a Level 1 CFA into the future. When not studying, Mark likes to spend some time in the gym or destressing on the golf course!

Nhlanhla has a B.Compt Accounting Science (Bcompt) and his career was rooted in the finance industry over a period spanning 8 years. His extensive experience includes auditing, tax and general business consulting. It was however his passion for the property market that prompted a career change and saw Nhlanhla enter the Commercial Property Auction business. Currently Nhlanhla works in the Valuations team which affords him the opportunity to learn about all types of property. Nhlanhla is a reading fundi and a fitness enthusiast and is also learning to play the piano.

Nicolene de Jong has a degree in Town and Regional Planning (B Art et Scien) cum laude and completed her Masters (MArt et Scien) in Urban and Regional Planning in 2013. Nicolene has previously worked as a candidate town and regional planner and has also held roles in Project Management for turn-key solution projects as part of the Sasol Global Headquarters project. Nicolene is a fitness fanatic and a foodie and splits her spare time between the gym and eating out with friends.
