BRETT POZNIAK
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
Brett has been in the property industry for more than 7 years and has built a solid track record with more than R1.3 billion in property sales. The most notable sale to date being a petrol station on auction in Johannesburg for R115 million, which was a record price achieved. Brett has a BCom in Marketing and has completed Honours in Brand Management and Leadership. In his spare time Brett plays golf and padel, enjoys cycling and is an avid Manchester United fan.
DINO SMIT
Business Development Executive
Dino has almost 20 years of experience in the property industry and previously owned a commercial property brokerage with his brother Enzo before joining the Aucor Property team.
In addition to dealing with the leasing and sales of commercial, industrial and retail property, Dino has also invested time and resources into building a property portfolio and developing and redeveloping properties within that portfolio.
Dino is a Certified Commercial Property Practitioner (CCPP) through Sapoa/University of Pretoria.
DEAN WIID
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
Dean has over 16 years in the corporate real estate industry, he specialised in capital markets and industrial property leasing and sales. His career has spanned brokerage, business development, and advisory roles, with a strong focus on investment sales, developments, and leasing transactions.
He has led teams, co-founded and grown a property business, and worked closely with national and international clients on mandates ranging from lease negotiations to large-scale portfolio sales. Dean' experience includes working with REITs, private investors, developers, and corporates across the spectrum—from SMMEs to multinationals.
Notable projects he has been involved in include national portfolio disposals, sale-and-leaseback transactions, development leases, and high-value investment sales. Dean brings a hands-on approach to deal execution and a clear understanding of what drives value on both sides of the table.

Well known in the commercial and industrial property industries and with prior experience in banking and private equity, John is a driven and dedicated Business Development Executive. He is inspired by the excitement of closing a deal and has had the privilege of handling some very high value deals in his time at Aucor, including the sale of the Douglasdale Shopping Centre in Northern Johannesburg for R83 million. John is an avid runner who loves hitting the road and the trails. John has completed the Comrades and Two Oceans Marathon on numerous occassions.

Lael joined the auction property industry from the engineering and manufacturing sector. In his time with the business, Lael has enjoyed success on the sales floor and his greatest achievement was being part of the team that sold the Douglasdale shopping centre for R83 million. Lael is a family man and enjoys spending time with his wife and children and going on the occasional mountain bike ride!

Sean brings over 30 years of experience in the commercial property industry, with a proven track record of success across a wide range of transactions. A career highlight includes the sale of a portfolio of 21 national properties for a leading financial institution—each sold individually within just 30 days. He also holds extensive knowledge of the inner JHB CBD with a track record in excess of R100 million. Known for his persistence, integrity, and strong sense of values, Sean believes that character matters as much in business as it does in life. He is inspired by entrepreneurial thinking and lives by the principle of always delivering on his word. Outside of work, Sean is deeply devoted to his family and makes the most of his time with them. He is also a passionate sports enthusiast and enjoys spending time in nature whenever he can.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
Warren has been in the auction property industry for 10 years and has established a successful track record in that time. His astute negotiating skills and business savvy techniques have seen tremendous success in closing deals including the sale of the Truworths Building in the Johannesburg CBD, as well as the Pamodzi Building in Melrose for R55 million. His largest sale to date was for a staggering R67 million. Warren describes himself as persistent and this quality is evident in his business and personal life. Warren loves to cycle, box and go to the gym.

William joined the auction industry 11 years ago after owning his own restaurant for 12 years. He is exuberant - not only about selling property - but about life in general and has had some excellent sales in his portfolio over the years including a R45 million sale with a ten year lease in place at R2 million per month in rental income. William loves the outdoors and is a keen mountain biker. He is also a huge motorsport fan and rides his Harley whenever he can.

Andrew is an industrial and commercial property specialist with over 18 years experience in the property industry. Andrew has a broad knowledge of the commercial, retail, and industrial property sectors, and he has an established track record in negotiating multiple property transactions and closing sales in these verticals. Key to his success is building and maintaining good relationships and delivering to his clients’ expectations and beyond. Andrew holds an IMM diploma as well as several property related diplomas. He is also qualified in his NQF 5 - giving him Principal status.

Chadd has over five years of experience in the commercial property industry, during which he has successfully conducted numerous investment sales. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics and Law and has a keen interest in the fuel and retail property sectors. Outside of his professional life, Chadd enjoys playing golf and cricket.

Craig joined the auction property industry after working in commercial property brokering for 7 successful years. During this time he concluded a number of strategically worked transactions enhancing his ability over time. Dane started his property career in Residential property sales before moving into commercial and industrial property with a brokerage in Johannesburg.
Over the years Dane gained extensive experience with the property funds in South Africa and has handled lease negotiations and sales of numerous commercial and industrial buildings over this period.
In his spare time Dane enjoys the outdoors , traveling and staying fit. He competes competitively in Hyrox and Running and loves spending time with his family.

Darren’s career in sales has spanned more than 17 years, where he has worked across a variety of industries including telecoms and e-Commerce. During this time Darren also looked to invest in both commercial and residential property and this was the start of a passion for the market. It was a matter of time before he decided to professionally move into this space and has joined the Aucor Property team in a business development role, bringing vast sales knowledge and skill into the business.
In his spare time Darren enjoys time with his family, often endures a frustrating round of golf, plays a variety of instruments and also spends time training in mixed martial arts.

Sean began his career in the real estate industry over 24 years ago and cut his teeth in maintenance and project management in a property holding firm. He used this as a base to learn about leasing and selling and at the age of 25 went into his own business end-to end Broking and Developments. The company focused on high-end residential property development that Sean not only conceptualised, but developed, built and sold. In 2010 Sean returned to the broking industry but is focused on selling property through auctions. Sean is an avid golfer and loves to travel.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Thabo Molomo has been in the property industry for 8 years and is passionate about what he does. His dedication and commitment to assisting his clients has paid off over the years and Thabo is always on the mark in making deals happen for his clients. Thabo has had some excellent property sales over the past years including the sale of a strategically located township filling stations and retail properties. In his spare time, Thabo plays indoor soccer and is also a basketball enthusiast.

Barrett joined Aucor Property after being in the motor Industry for over 35 years. He has been involved in sales management and marketing of exclusive motor vehicle brands and has subsequently built up a vast network in many sectors of the South African market. Barrett is a single dad of two young boys who he spends most of his down time with. They love to swim, run and ride mountain bikes whenever the opportunities arise.

Greg is a founding director of Aucor Property and is responsible for the overall running of the business on a daily basis. Greg’s knack for leadership and management saw him move into a management role early on in his career and his unique and consultative style has been instrumental in driving a successful and motivated team at Aucor Property. Greg completed his B.Com degree in 2000 and continued onto B.Com(Hons) in Exercise Science in 2002. Greg is a family man and enjoys an array of sporting activities including cycling, water sports and boating and is also known to be keen craft beer brewer.

Adelaide is head of Operations and Administration for Aucor Property. With more than 20 years’ experience in the property industry, 12 of which have been in the auction sector, Adelaide is responsible for the smooth running of the operational side of the business on a daily basis. Adelaide has a diploma in Bookkeeping and Practical Accounting and has completed a Property Development Programme accredited by SAPOA. Adelaide enjoys travelling and meeting new people and spends her free time with her family.

Lisa entered the property market in 2005 after 16 years in the hospitality and restaurant industry. Lisa has 14 years experience in support functions in the residential real estate sales and rentals business. Lisa enjoys the outdoors and is a keen water skier, amateur sailor and newbie to mountain biking.

LEAD AUCTIONEER
Shaie Zindel is an admitted attorney and has been actively involved in the property industry for more than 20 years. Shaie was part of the team that launched the highly successful Rapid Auction Programme for the Banking Sector in 2008, and since then has conducted many high value property auctions around the country.
Whilst managing a Boutique Law Firm, Shaie loves to take to the podium every chance he gets and his engaging, energetic approach establishes an easy rapport with all in attendance, ultimately helping buyers and sellers to transact successfully.
Shaie also enjoys conducting charity auctions, where the industry can give back to local communities in an effort to raise funds for good causes.
Shaie is now contracted as the Lead Auctioneer for Aucor Property, and will conduct the company’s monthly auction events held at the Houghton Golf Club.

FINANCIAL MANAGER
Nadia is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 15 years’ experience in various finance and auditing roles across a wide variety of industries. Nadia is family orientated and a passionate animal lover. She loves outdoor activities including hiking and running.

Tristen is a financial assistant at Aucor Property. He has a diploma in Cost and Management Accounting with over 5 years of bookkeeping and administrative experience. Outside of the office he is known to spend much of his time at the gym as well as enjoying some quality time with family and friends.
NICOLENE JANSE VAN VUREN
LEAD PROPERTY ANALYST
Nicolene holds a degree in Town and Regional Planning (B Art et Scien – cum laude) and completed her Masters (MArt et Scien) in Urban and Regional Planning in 2013. In 2019, Nicolene additionally completed the University of Cape Town’s Property Development and Investment online course. Nicolene completed her town and regional planning candidacy and registered as Professional Planner in 2016, still practicing as a registered planner on an ad hoc basis to date. Prior to joining the Aucor team in 2017 as a property analyst, she also held roles in Project Management for turn-key solution projects as part of the Sasol Global Headquarters project. Nicolene is a fitness enthusiast, being a particularly passionate and dedicated runner. She highly values family time and dedicates most of her spare time to spending time with loved ones.

LEAD PROPERTY ANALYST
Mark joined the Aucor Property team in 2018 and has extensive experience in the property sector with exposure to local government work, as well as having worked in property development and for a privately held property fund. The diversity gained through this exposure has enabled Mark to develop an astute understanding of the financial mechanics of property and the development thereof. Mark holds a BSc (Hons) in Urban and Regional Planning and is currently completing his Masters in Property Development and Management through Wits. Mark plans to also pursue a Level 1 CFA into the future. When not studying, Mark likes to spend some time in the gym or destressing on the golf course!

Ranwedzi is a hardworking, inquisitive, and dedicated individual who recently graduated from the University of Cape Town with a BSc (Hons) in Property Studies, building on a National Diploma in Real Estate from Cape Peninsula University of Technology(CPUT). With a strong academic foundation and a passion for the property industry, he is eager to contribute meaningfully to the team. Ranwedzi has a particular interest in property law and valuation and is committed to leveraging his knowledge to drive impactful outcomes while continuously learning and growing in his career. Outside of work, enjoys fishing and is an avid sports enthusiast who plays soccer and padel. He also cherishes quality time spent with family and friends.

Kyle is a dedicated and driven property professional with a passion for the built environment. Muriel has been in the auction industry since 2006 and plays a vital role in the team as an administrator offering support to the business development team. Muriel has a Paralegal diploma. She assists with all the marketing functions for taking a property to market and she is part of the team that pulls all the auction events together. Muriel is also a dedicated mom who loves to spend time with her children.

Although new to the auction world, Tracey brings along a wealth of admin experience. Tracey is well studied and holds a Bachelors' Degree in Sport Psychology, an Honours Degree in Applied Psychology and a certificate in Bookkeeping. In her spare time Tracey enjoys traveling, going to the gym and baking.

Martine de Beer joined Aucor Property 4 years ago as a Sales Administrator for the Business Development team. Martine has more than 12 years of administrative and management experience, having previously worked in the property auction industry as an administrator, personal assistant and office manager. Martine has diplomas in Retail Business Management and Sports Management. In her spare time Martine loves to travel and spend time with her family and friends.

Kirsten is a dedicated Property Sales Coordinator whose journey began in rentals — the spark that ignited her love for property. With experience in both the property and finance sectors, and a degree in Human Resource Management, she brings a people-first approach to every part of her work.
Known for her contagious laugh and upbeat energy, Kirsten adds warmth to every interaction.
When she's not coordinating sales or assisting clients, she enjoys a friendly game of padel, cherishing time with her family, and recharging by the ocean.

Maike has been in the property industry for over 20 years with extensive experience within the auction sector. Maike forms part of sales operational support and oversees company marketing and brand requirements.
She has her diploma in Interior Design, is qualified to NQF Level 5 and has also done several courses within the commercial real estate industry, litigation and insolvency practice.
Maike is also a qualified yoga teacher as well as a TRE facilitator. She is passionate about teaching yoga and spends her spare time with her daughter, family and friends.

Cassidy recently graduated from City Varsity with a diploma in photography, visual communication and studio photography. Cassidy loves to capture the magic of live events as a professional event photographer. But when the camera's not rolling, you can find him at car shows or lacing up his boots for a hike through nature. With a passion for both the thrill of cars and the serenity of the great outdoors, he brings a unique perspective to every shot.
