Andrew is an industrial and commercial property specialist with over 15 years’ experience in the property industry. Andrew has a broad knowledge of the commercial, retail and industrial property sectors, and he has an established track record in negotiating multiple property transactions and closing sales in these verticals. Key to his success is building and maintaining good relationships and delivering to his clients’ expectations and beyond. Andrew holds an IMM diploma as well as several property related diplomas. Currently he has his NQF 4 - Full Status Agent and has recently acquired his Principle License (NQF 5).
