The most notable sale to date being a petrol station on auction in Johannesburg for R115 million, which was a record price achieved. Brett has a BCom in Marketing and has completed Honours in Brand Management and Leadership. In his spare time Brett plays golf and padel, enjoys cycling and is an avid Manchester United fan.

Dino has almost 20 years of experience in the property industry and previously owned a commercial property brokerage with his brother Enzo before joining the Aucor Property team.

In addition to dealing with the leasing and sales of commercial, industrial and retail property, Dino has also invested time and resources into building a property portfolio and developing and redeveloping properties within that portfolio.

Dino is a Certified Commercial Property Practitioner (CCPP) through Sapoa/University of Pretoria.

Well known in the commercial and industrial property industries and with prior experience in banking and private equity, John is a driven and dedicated Business Development Executive. He is inspired by the excitement of closing a deal and has had the privilege of handling some very high value deals in his time at Aucor, including the sale of the Douglasdale Shopping Centre in Northern Johannesburg for R83 million. John is an avid runner who loves hitting the road and the trails. John has completed the Comrades and Two Oceans Marathon on numerous occassions.

Sean has extensive experience in the commercial property industry and has been in the industry for 24 years. Each of those lots was sold individually. Sean is inspired by entrepreneurial spirit and believes that values are important not only in one’s personal life but in a work environment. Persistence and integrity are key and it is vital to be true to one’s word - do what you say you are going to do. Sean is passionate about his family and spends as much of his spare time as he can with them. He is also an avid sports fan and when he is not following his favourite teams on TV, he loves to be out in nature, mountain biking.

Warren has been in the auction property industry for 10 years and has established a successful track record in that time. His astute negotiating skills and business savvy techniques have seen tremendous success in closing deals including the sale of the Truworths Building in the Johannesburg CBD, as well as the Pamodzi Building in Melrose for R55 million. His largest sale to date was for a staggering R67 million. Warren describes himself as persistent and this quality is evident in his business and personal life. Warren loves to cycle, box and go to the gym.

Andrew is an industrial and commercial property specialist with over 15 years’ experience in the property industry. Francois joined Aucor Property after being in the Agriculture industry for 20 years. Initially starting his career in banking, he soon realised he had to pursue his passion for farming. He has managed exclusive farms in South Africa, developing their brands locally and internationally. He has a rational approach to all sectors of the industry as he has extensive knowledge of the operational demands of farming. He spent several years as a Management Consultant to struggling farms. In 2020 he became involved in the real estate industry, running 2 successful Real Estate agencies with his wife.
He is a dedicated family man with a passion for travelling and a keen sport enthusiast.

Gareth has built a substantial career specialising in senior salesmanagement and marketing of several international product agencies and was approached by one of South Africa's auction house to join their team and owing to his strength of network, sales and marketing skill set, he was one of the company’s top brokers, having been involved in over R 1,2 billion worth of successful sales in the greater Western Cape and other regions.

The company focused on high-end residential property development that Sean not only conceptualised, but developed, built and sold. In 2010 Sean returned to the broking industry but is focused on selling property through auctions. Sean is an avid golfer and loves to travel.

It was a matter of time before he decided to professionally move into this space and has joined the Aucor Property team in a business development role, bringing vast sales knowledge and skill into the business.

In his spare time Darren enjoys time with his family, often endures a frustrating round of golf, plays a variety of instruments and also spends time training in mixed martial arts.
