If required, Aucor Property is also able to offer stand-alone on site auctions. Telephonic bidding is facilitated at all auctions. Aucor Property auction events are conducted by an accredited and professional auctioneer.



Understanding the value of a property within real market-related parameters is of the utmost importance and Aucor Property has an experienced in-house team to provide provide clients with accurate, knowledge-based appraisals and valuations to assist with vital final buying and selling decisions.


Non Auction Platforms

Aucor Property has the expertise to offer clients alternative sales channels to the auction platform. In certain instances a property is not entirely suitable for auction and as such either private treaty or a tender approach may be used. Private Treaty is a traditional method of selling property, which is commonly used by estate agents and is based on private negotiation, whereas a tender is a type of closed, silent auction where buyers bid in a confidential process. Regardless of the channel, Aucor Property customises a marketing and sales strategy to a selection of targeted buyers, in order to drive awareness and interest in the property on offer.
